Use case

Slot symbol animation from one picture

GreatSprites makes win, idle and land animations for slot symbols from the symbol art itself. Every clip starts and ends on that art, so the animated symbol and the static symbol on the reels are the same picture at rest and swap without a jump.

What you get per symbol

  • Win: the proud moment when the symbol is part of a win, about a second and a half, the liveliest of the three.
  • Idle: a small, calm motion now and then while nothing happens.
  • Land: a short, firm arrival as a wild or special symbol lands.

Every cell showing the same symbol draws from the same loaded animation, so fifteen winning symbols cost the memory of one, not fifteen.

Why it suits slots

  • Light on phones. Measured on a real Android phone against 23 of the most-played web slots, a slot animated with this runtime was 2nd lightest in JavaScript per frame. Report.
  • Self-hosted. The runtime and the files live in your build: no external requests at run time, which operator reviews ask for.
  • Fast mode stays in sync. In turbo, a clip speeds up but its named moments still arrive on their frame, so win sounds and motion stay together.
  • A budget per game. Every symbol's memory and download is shown before you make it, and the project shows the whole game against a recommended line.

What we do not do

GreatSprites makes animations. It does not build slot games, write math or design features; your engine decides when a symbol wins, and plays the clip.

Two free tests on your own picture

Make two animations from your own art, play them in your own build, and see what they cost the device. No card.
