Terms of Service

1. The service

GreatSprites makes sprite animations from pictures you provide or create in the service, and delivers them with a runtime for use in your games. We provide animation; we do not provide game development, game design or consulting.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. A workspace's owner is responsible for its members. One free trial per person and organisation.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the pictures you upload and to the animations made from them. You grant us the limited licence needed to process them and deliver the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload pictures of real, identifiable people.

4. Licence to the runtime and animations

On a paid plan, you may use the runtime and the animations made in the service in your products, commercially. Animations made with the free tests are for evaluation only and may not be shipped in a product until made commercial under a paid plan. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the runtime, create files or tools that imitate its file format, or use the service's outputs to train or tune a model that competes with the service.

5. Credits, plans and payment

Plans are billed in advance by our reseller and merchant of record, [PAYMENT PROVIDER], who also handles taxes. Credits are charged when an animation is delivered; an animation that fails or that we cannot make is not charged. Credits have no cash value and do not expire while a plan is active. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to disrupt the service, to bypass limits or to create accounts to obtain free tests repeatedly.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change the service; material changes to these terms are announced in advance.

9. Liability
